Part 1: The Institutional Engine: Drawing on 30 years of experience in listed equities, Henry will discuss how institutional investors address social impact through asset allocation and fiduciary responsibility. He will move beyond "ESG" buzzwords to explain how large capital flows influence corporate behavior and social outcomes at scale.

Part 2: The "One-Man" Paradigm Shift: Transitioning from big-company leadership to a lean startup, Henry will demonstrate how AI is democratising the capabilities of finance. He will discuss the "Social Impact" of a world where one person can do the work of a twenty-person team: Does this lead to social empowerment through entrepreneurship, or a social crisis through job destruction?
