Biography

Peter is seasoned IT professional lead with 20+ years of experience spanning IT project development, management, and system architecture design across both application and infrastructure side. He embraces humanistic leadership and embodies it through a servant leadership approach. His expertise covers multiple domains including IT security, infrastructure, finance, accounting, HR, and supply chain management. He has successfully led diverse teams through mission-critical enterprise projects in both commercial and public sectors. He has implemented numerous system migrations and upgrades—over a hundred systems in total—from legacy to modernized platforms across large-scale projects with budgets ranging from millions to billions of dollars, including electronic health records, eMPF systems, and airline/air cargo system upgrades.
 
As a servant lead he values diversity, build cohesive teams focused on shared goals while adapting to various organizational structures. His approach to complex project management centers on achieving balance between risk, cost, timeline, and priorities - finding the optimal equilibrium that delivers results efficiently.
