Prof Rita Li, Director of the MSc in Financial Technology Management and co investigator of the conference, presented co authored research with Miss Blair Lu on second hand residential online marketing, using LLMs to analyze housing quality. Dr Siming Chen (2026 PhD in Economics graduate), and Miss Rachel Liao (2026 E&F graduate) also shared their findings, while Miss Mavis Li (PhD in Economics student) also joined the conference.

The conference was hosted by the Division of Business and Hospitality Management, School of Professional Education and Executive Development (SPEED), The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU). It was co organized by Prof Rita Li (also Director of Master of Science in Financial Technology Management and the Sustainable Real Estate Research Center at Hong Kong Shue Yan University), together with Tung Wah College, the Research Center for Green Business (RCGB), CIM Hong Kong, and the Asian Social Marketing Association. The University Grants Committee (UGC/IIDS24/B03/25) funded the project.
