Prof Rita Li joined the Asian Real Estate Society-Global Chinese Real Estate Congress (AsRES-GCREC) conference in Hangzhou. She presented four papers in Hangzhou on 14 July 2026 (AsRES) and 16 July 2026 (GCREC): 1) Negative hooks for big views: Unpacking Hong Kong's residential waste charge backlash, 2) Public perceptions of smart and sustainable facilities: An AI approach, 3) Time as a signal: Market segmentation and DOM effects in metropolitan real estate, 4) Prestige education and technological innovation: Dual-capital in housing market. She also introduced the new Master's program to conference participants.
